The "time" information in the netcdf files of the MEM product are not correct (e.g. when using "cdo" or opening in python with xarray). 
The correct date of the NETCDF MEM product is the date in the filename. This applies to the entire MEM NETCDF product series. 
The same applies to the attribute /IMAGE_ACQUISITION_TIME in the HDF5 format.
